Read: small. It occupies over 1,000 specialty food products, 85 cheeses, 40 different salumi, a cheese bar, 8 tables inside and 6 tables outside. The room is painted red and we do our best to coat the entire space with fresh flowers and flickering candles. We have a cute little chef named Erin, two sous chefs named Duke and Jimmy, and a wonderful pastry chef named Jun. Rachael buys all the gourmet products, cheese and salumi. Alex is the owner and spirit. Jason & Barri run the place, keep us in line and gets as excited as we do about food. Julio, Leo, Javier, Will, and JoAnn help Erin in the kitchen. Debra, Amber, Stephanie and Dena make all the beautiful formaggi e salumi plates. Alice, Sarah, Cindy, Kent, Mark, Shane and Marcelo wait tables and make sure you love it here as much as we do.
