Our Cafe

Our café menu changes every Thursday, and is inspired by regional Italian cooking with a Californian influence. Cube's executive chef Erin Eastland and pastry chef Jun Tan shop the Santa Monica farmers' market weekly, selecting the finest local produce to utilize in their menus. Additionally, Cube uses organic ingredients whenever possible, and purchases meats that are raised sustainably, naturally, and with cruelty-free practices.

Cube's wine selection is vast, and includes over 400 boutique wines hailing from all 20 regions of Italy. Our wine director travels to Italy regularly to seek out unusual and esoteric selections that are perfectly suited to complement both seasonal and year-round café menu offerings.
