Cube's private party room is available for reservation Monday through Saturday year-round (excluding major holidays), and comfortably accommodates groups of 12-18 people in a sleek, modern setting that is perfect for work and family gatherings, birthday parties, showers, anniversaries, holiday celebrations, and more.

Menus are overseen by Cube Executive Chef Erin Eastland, and feature individual portions of seasonally-driven regional Italian specialties. Wine pairings may by provided at an additional cost, or bottle lists may be presented for your choosing.
What is the minimum party size required to reserve Cube's Private Party Room? Cube requires a party size of at least 12, and no more than 18 people to reserve our private party room.
Can I customize my party menu? Our Executive Chef, Erin Eastland works closely with private parties to plan a seasonally-driven menu that accommodates your menu preferences and dietary restrictions. Private room tasting menu courses are selected from Cube's a-la-carte cafe menu the week before your event in order to ensure freshness and availability. Desserts are overseen by Cube Pastry Chef Jun Tan and include the option of a large cake that is baked in-house for your event, or a dessert sampler that is driven by seasonal options. Large cake orders must be placed within 48 hours of your event.
What if my guests have dietary restrictions? Cube's Chef and Management will work closely with you to ensure that all dietary restrictions are properly accommodated on individual tasting menus. We request a minimum of 24 hours notice of any dietary restrictions among your party. Please note that our kitchen does serve items made with nuts and wheat.
What is your cancellation policy for the private party room? Cube requires a minimum cancellation notice of 7 days in advance of the event, or we regretfully must charge you in-full. If one or more of your confirmed guests cancels within 24 hours of the event, we regretfully must charge you for their attendance.
Can I bring my own wine? Cube charges a nominal corkage fee of $15 per outside bottle of wine, with a two-bottle maximum per party allowed in our private room. To avoid a corkage fee and maximum, feel free to select from our diverse list of over 400 boutique regional Italian wines. Our Wine Director is available to assist with pairing suggestions.
Can I bring my own decor for my Private Party? You are welcome to bring your choice of flowers or printed items for your private party. Cube always provides fresh flower arrangements and small candles to accent the room, along with custom-printed menus with a headline of your choice. You are welcome to substitute your own items, but please provide us 48-hours notice as to what you plan to bring along.
Are tax and gratuity included in the per-person menu cost? No, tax and gratuity are not included in the menu price in Cube's private room. A 20% gratuity will be automatically added to your total bill, as will the total tax.
